Leipzig University / Jahnallee Campus

A new signage system was developed, based on the corporate design of Leipzig University. With a view to the future implementation at additional sites with highly different building typologies a modular system was designed, distinguished by the particular ease of maintenance and replacement of the lettering. In addition, the information elements were in part prepared for the future integration of media technology (e.g. wireless access points). Thanks to the lettering in tactile and Braille form, orientation is also provided for the blind and visually impaired in both indoor and outdoor areas.
